This Witbier evolves the classic style by introducing an elegant oak-barrel influence to the traditional bright, zesty profile. The foundation is built on bready wheat and soft honey notes, layered with the distinct herbal brightness of Verbena and the classic citrus-spice of coriander. Barrel aging contributes sophisticated whispers of vanilla and dry wood, while tempering the finish with a gentle, refreshing tartness. Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (3 SRM). Distinctly hazy and cloudy with a milky shine and a dense, moussy white head that shows excellent retention.
