This modern American IPA showcases a vibrant, multi-layered hop profile driven by a heavy double dry-hop addition. The Superdelic hops introduce unique red fruit and hard-candy notes, while Motueka contributes sharp lime zest and lemon. Citra and Mosaic broaden the spectrum with intense passionfruit, mango, and resinous citrus. Despite its potency at 7.2% ABV, the beer remains approachable with a softer perceived bitterness that emphasizes fruit-saturated flavors over harshness. A lean, grainy malt base provides just enough support for this aromatic explosion, leading to a smooth, hop-focused finish that defines contemporary New World craftsmanship.

Appearance. Pale gold (SRM 5-6) with a slight, modern haze from heavy dry-hopping. It features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of red berries, candied fruit, and citrus zest. Distinct lime and tropical fruit scents of mango and passionfruit dominate, supported by a very low, clean, crackery malt background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical and stone fruit. Hop flavors of lime, berry, and grapefruit are medium-high, while the bitterness is mild and soft for the style. Malt character is low and neutral, providing a clean foundation. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering fruity, citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to high. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at the finish, with no hop-derived astringency.
