This Hazy IPA is a triple dry-hopped sensory experience defined by its intense, layered fruit profile. Strata hops lead the charge with a distinct fusion of passion fruit and herbal dankness, while Simcoe adds layers of bright grapefruit and earthy pine. The inclusion of Mosaic contributes complex notes of blueberries and tropical mango. Together, they create a juicy avalanche of flavor supported by a soft, bready malt base. With a very low 18 IBU, the bitterness is incredibly restrained, allowing the vibrant hop oils to shine against a velvety, plush mouthfeel. It finishes clean with a lingering tropical essence.

Appearance. 4.5 SRM. Pale gold with a dense, opaque haze. Forms a thick, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and heavy lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring tropical mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest. Secondary notes of blueberry and a subtle earthy dankness are present. Malt is clean and lightly bready in the background with no caramel or toast character.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice, including pineapple and mango, followed by grapefruit and ripe berries. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral canvas. Bitterness is very low and smooth, lacking any harsh edges. The finish is soft and off-dry, with a long-lasting fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light alcohol warmth is present at 6.8% ABV, but the mouthfeel remains smooth without any astringency or hop burn.
