Planet YCH 303 is an experimental Hazy IPA that showcases the cutting-edge YCH 303 hop blend. This beer pours with a characteristic glowing opacity, delivering a massive sensory payload of tropical complexity. The aroma is dominated by intense bursts of passion fruit, guava, and zesty pink grapefruit, driven by the specialized thiol-enriched hop processing. On the palate, the experience is intensely juicy, featuring layers of ripe stone fruit and citrus oils supported by a soft, pillowy malt base of light bread and grain. It concludes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a smooth, off-dry finish that emphasizes drinkability over sharp resins.

Appearance. SRM 4-6. Pale gold to light amber with a deep, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky white head with excellent meringue-like retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics featuring concentrated passion fruit, tropical guava, and bright citrus peel. Subtle floral notes and a clean, neutral, bready malt backbone support the hop-forward profile without any distracting caramel, toast, or sulfur.

Taste. High-impact tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors dominate the initial impression. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated, providing a soft balance to the juicy hop character. The finish is smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering aftertaste of citrus oils and tropical nectar without any harsh astringency or vegetal notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift, while the alcohol offers a very light, well-integrated warmth. Smooth and creamy without being overly viscous or cloying.
