This Hazy IPA pours a luminous, opaque gold, immediately releasing an intense perfume of tropical fruit and ripe stone fruit driven by a massive addition of HQG-3 hops. The namesake cloud-like character is reflected in a pillowy, soft mouthfeel that carries flavors of mango, peach, and sweet citrus across the palate. Despite its strength, the bitterness remains exceptionally low and smooth, allowing a creamy, milkshake-like sweetness to linger. It is a plush, fruit-forward experience where the bready malt backbone provides a steady platform for the vibrant, juice-like hop character to shine through a clean fermentation profile.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (approximately 4.5 SRM); opaque, hazy appearance with a soft shine. Pours with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head featuring excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing distinct tropical notes of mango and passionfruit alongside peach and citrus zest from the HQG-3 hops. Clean, grainy-sweet malt sits in the background with a subtle, creamy sweetness and neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Immediate impact of lush tropical and stone fruit flavors. Low perceived bitterness allows the fruit-forward hop character to dominate without sharpness. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting an off-dry, smooth finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste. No harshness, hop burn, or grassy notes.
