Hopalaa’s CLOUD #35 is a lush Milkshake IPA that celebrates the tropical complexity of Tango hops. It pours a deep, opaque straw-yellow with a dense, meringue-like head. The bouquet is an intense wave of passion fruit and zesty citrus, supported by a subtle, sweet bready malt backbone. On the palate, the Tango hops deliver a juicy profile of mango and ripe melon, while the addition of lactose provides a velvety, milkshake-like texture. A soft, low bitterness of 23 IBU keeps the focus on the fruit-forward character, finishing with a lingering, creamy sweetness and a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (SRM 4-5), opaque with a vibrant hazy glow. Thick, creamy white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit and citrus hop aroma featuring distinct notes of passion fruit and tangerine from the Tango hops. Soft, bready malt base with a hint of vanilla-like sweetness. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Dominant tropical hop flavors of mango and melon accompanied by bright citrus. Initial impression is sweet and juicy, supported by a light bready malt character. Bitterness is low (23 IBU), providing just enough balance for the residual lactose sweetness. The finish is smooth, creamy, and semi-sweet with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a pillowy, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. No harshness or astringency; light, well-integrated alcohol warmth at 7% ABV.
