This Hazy IPA presents an opaque, golden glow, leading with an explosive tropical aroma driven by the Manilita hops. Expect a saturated bouquet of ripe mango, papaya, and sweet citrus zest, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. The palate is defined by its luscious, creamy texture—reminiscent of a fruit smoothie—where the intense stone fruit flavors of the Manilita hops shine against a very low, restrained bitterness. A gentle sweetness from the milkshake-style additions enhances the juicy impression, finishing smooth and soft with a faint, well-integrated alcohol warmth that complements the decadent, fruit-forward profile.

Appearance. Deep gold to straw (SRM 4-5) with a dense, opaque haze and a creamy, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by tropical and stone fruits including mango and peach from the Manilita hops. Soft, bready malt notes provide a neutral foundation, while subtle fruity esters from the yeast blend seamlessly with the hop profile.
