The sensory profile is defined by an aggressive dry-hop regimen featuring Riwaka, Citra Lupomax, and Mosaic. Riwaka provides punchy passionfruit and pink grapefruit, while Citra Lupomax intensifies the bright citrus and lime zest. Mosaic rounds out the profile with notes of blueberry and tropical mango. The inclusion of lactose creates a creamy, soft texture that supports the vibrant hop oils without overwhelming the palate. It finishes with a gentle, lingering fruit sweetness and a pillowy mouthfeel characteristic of modern hazy ales.
