Cloud #26 is a lush, dessert-like Hazy IPA that leans into the Milkshake IPA sub-style through the use of lactose and a massive dry-hop addition. The sensory profile is headlined by the distinctive Zappa hops, which deliver an intense bouquet of passion fruit, tropical citrus, and a unique savory-spice undertone. The malt base remains softly bready, providing a canvas for the hops to shine without interference from caramel or toast. A moderate bitterness of 37 IBU is beautifully masked by a creamy, velvety texture, resulting in a juice-forward experience that finishes with a lingering, sweet tropical fruit resonance.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (approximately 4-5 SRM) with a dense, opaque haziness. Features a thick, rocky white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Zappa hops, offering notes of passion fruit, mango, and citrus zest with a subtle spicy or minty edge. Background malt is clean and bready with a light sweetness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with tropical fruit and citrus punch. Low to moderate bitterness that is softly integrated. Malt provides a supportive bready, grainy character with a noticeable lactose-driven sweetness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, characterized by a persistent fruity aftertaste.
