Beyond the Galaxy is an immersive Hazy IPA that exemplifies the juicy subversion of traditional bitterness. Triple dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy, it radiates an intense sensory profile defined by lush tropical fruit. The Citra hops provide a vibrant wave of lime and grapefruit zest, while Galaxy introduces deep, saturated notes of passion fruit and ripe peach. The aromatic intensity is matched by a soft, pillowy texture and a remarkably subdued bitterness that allows the hop-derived oils to coat the palate entirely. This beer captures a brilliant, opaque luminosity, delivering a saturated fruit experience with a clean, bready malt foundation and a smooth, lingering finish.

Appearance. Deep gold (approximately 5.5 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze. Features a medium, rocky, white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
