This collaborative Hazy IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of tropical and stone fruit sensations. Massive additions of Nectaron, Idaho 7, and Amarillo hops drive punchy aromas of ripe pineapple and juicy citrus, accented by soft apricot notes. The grist, featuring Extra Pale Malt alongside Wheat and Naked Malted Oats, provides a sturdy, bready foundation and a characteristic soft, creamy body. Fermented with Saturated Yeast, the profile remains clean and focused on the intense hop expression. This New England style ale balances a restrained bitterness against a lush, fruit-forward palate, finishing with a lingering, velvety smoothness and persistent tropical depth.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM) with a profound, opaque haze that creates a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick, meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with pungent pineapple and passionfruit from the Nectaron, followed by bright orange citrus from Amarillo. Subtle notes of pine and apricot from Idaho 7 emerge as the beer warms. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering bready and grainy scents from the Extra Pale Malt and malted oats.

Taste. An immediate burst of tropical fruit flavors, specifically pineapple and mango, dominates the palate. The mid-palate reveals juicy tangerine and citrus zest. Low to moderate bitterness provides just enough structure to balance the soft, bready malt sweetness of the oats and wheat. The finish is smooth and off-dry, with a clean fermentation profile and no harsh hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and pillowy texture derived from the Naked Malted Oats. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the juicy quality without being prickly. Alcohol warmth is well-integrated and subtle, contributing to a smooth, drinkable experience.
