Hop Hooligans

Stitches is a masterfully woven Hazy IPA that showcases a complex tapestry of modern hops. The grist, featuring Extra Pale Pilsner and Heidelberg malts alongside a heavy dose of flaked oats and wheat, provides a plush, silken canvas. High-intensity aromatics of tropical mango and bright citrus emerge from Citra and El Dorado, while Cashmere and Sabro Cryo contribute nuanced notes of coconut and melon. Underneath, Centennial and Strata add depth with hints of passionfruit and pine, while Comet provides a zesty grapefruit edge. The London ale III yeast ensures a soft, estery finish, resulting in a cohesive, juicy experience where patchwork flavors find perfect harmony.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 3-6). Opaque, glowing haze with a brilliant white, rocky, meringue-like head that exhibits high retention and leaves dense lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by ripe mango, pineapple, and lime. Distinctive notes of coconut and honeydew melon appear alongside a lightly bready, grainy malt backbone. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring peach, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit. The malt presents a gentle bready sweetness that balances a low to medium-low bitterness. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste devoid of any harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and silken texture. Moderate carbonation with no astringency or hop burn. Alcohol presence provides a light, well-integrated warmth.
