Soft And Squishy is a quintessential Hazy IPA that exemplifies a lush, pillowy texture and vibrant tropical intensity. Utilizing a base of pale Heidelberg barley and wheat malts alongside flaked oats, the beer presents a luminous, opaque character. The strategic use of Peacharine, Luminosa, and Elani hops drives a saturated sensory profile of ripe nectarine, white peach, and zesty lime, bolstered by the soft, fruity esters characteristic of London Ale III yeast. The palate is defined by a rounded mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, allowing the juicy stone fruit and pineapple flavors to linger through a clean, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3-5 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by a complex blend of stone fruit, specifically peach and nectarine, and tropical notes of pineapple and guava. Secondary citrus hints of lemonade and lime. Low bready and grainy malt character in the background. Clean, estery fermentation profile with no harsh hop burn or herbal notes.

Taste. High fruit-forward hop flavor featuring white peach, mango, and candied orange. Low, supportive bready malt flavor. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-balanced by the full body to ensure a juicy impression. Fermentation is clean with a fruity ester backbone that supports the hops.
