This Hazy IPA presents a saturated, tropical bouquet powered by the interplay of London Ale III yeast and a multi-grain grist of Extra Pale, Wheat, Spelt, and Oat malts. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops deliver signature notes of crushed gooseberry and fresh lime zest, while Ekuanot and Meridian contribute layers of melon and tropical fruit. The inclusion of Carapils and Flaked oats creates a dense, velvety texture that supports the high-intensity hop oils. Despite its strength, the 8% ABV is seamlessly integrated into a soft, juicy profile that prioritizes fruit-forward complexity over aggressive bitterness, resulting in a smooth, fruit-smoothie-like experience.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (5-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of passion fruit, white grape, and lime from Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. Subtle sweet berry and papaya notes from Meridian and Ekuanot. Low bready malt and light stone fruit esters from London Ale III fermentation.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical punch and citrus. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, with low to medium-high bitterness that is smooth and never harsh. The Extra Pale and Spelt malts provide a grainy, supportive backbone. Finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering juicy hop aftertaste.
