This American IPA showcases a vibrant fusion of modern and classic hop profiles atop a sophisticated malt foundation. The inclusion of Peacharine hops delivers an explosive sensory bouquet of ripe nectarine and sun-drenched stone fruit, while Simcoe adds depth with its signature resinous pine and bright grapefruit accents. Supporting this hop intensity is a clean, bready base derived from Golden Promise and Heidelberg malts, providing a crisp, toasted grain backbone that ensures drinkability. Fermented with neutral BRY-97 yeast, the beer finishes dry and impeccably clean, allowing the sharp bitterness and layered tropical fruit nuances to linger elegantly on the palate.

Appearance. Deep gold color (7 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and apricot, balanced by resinous pine and citrus zest. A low, clean, bready malt presence supports the hops. Fermentation profile is very clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Dominant flavors of nectarine and tropical stone fruit transition into a firm, resinous bitterness. The malt profile is light but structural, offering toasted bread and grainy sweetness. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a hint of grapefruit peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a refreshing mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated, with no astringency.
