This American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a complex Double Dry Hopped profile. The interplay of El Dorado and Cryo Pop hops generates intense waves of tropical candy and ripe stone fruit, while Centennial adds a classic floral and citrus top note. Triumph hops provide a subtle lime and peach brightness that complements the fruit-forward esters from the LalBrew® Aurora yeast. Beneath the hop intensity, a base of Golden Promise and Heidelberg malts offers a clean, bready foundation, with Chit malt ensuring a smooth, rounded texture. It finishes dry and crisp with a firm, lingering bitterness.
Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, brilliant white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma characterized by pineapple, mango, and peach from El Dorado and Cryo Pop. Centennial contributes distinct floral and piney accents, while Triumph adds orange peel. Low, clean bready maltiness is present in the background alongside subtle fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. Bold initial impression of tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent flavors of stone fruit and resinous pine lead into a firm, medium-high bitterness. The Golden Promise malt provides a light toasted bread flavor that balances the hop-forward character. Finishes medium-dry with a clean, lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture from the Chit malt. Moderate to medium-high carbonation provides a crisp bite. No perceptible astringency and very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
