This crisp German Pils showcases a refined malt base of Weyermann Eraclea, providing a foundation of toasted cracker and light honey. The aromatic profile is driven by a sophisticated blend of Perle and Saphir hops, offering layers of delicate floral notes, sweet citrus, and a traditional herbal spice. Brilliant gold with a persistent white head, the palate opens with clean graininess before a firm, structured bitterness takes hold. Utilizing Fermolager W yeast for a pristine fermentation, the finish is bone-dry and exceptionally refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of noble hop spice and flinty minerals.

Appearance. Brilliant straw-gold (3 SRM). Dense, persistent white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma; Saphir contributes floral and sweet citrus notes while Perle provides herbal spice. Weyermann Eraclea malt offers a distinct honeyed cracker and doughy foundation. Clean lager profile.

Taste. Crisp entry with grainy-sweet malt. Rapid transition to firm hop bitterness. Flavors of dried herbs and lemon zest from Perle and Saphir. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering spicy hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. High carbonation, creating a lively and refreshing prickle. Clean finish with a subtle flinty mineral quality.

Our crazy adventure in brewing with Baxbier, Folkingebrew and Maktoob doesn't end, but actually gets crowned and celebrated with this year's last four-way creation - PANIC AT TEDESCO. 🪩🪩🪩 We went in for this Italian-style Pilsener absolutely HOT! Burning like the Italian riviera, blasting Italodisco to the max, with all the bells and whistles, all the vocoders and synths. 🌞🏖️ We sourced Eraclea Pilsner malt from Weyermann, we hit (after hit, after hit) this crispiboy with Perle and Saphir hops, and then gave it plenty of time to smooth out and mature. 😋 Outrageously crushable. Meant to inspire a slew of death threats from at least two other countries. We think they actually might be jealous. 👀 Grab it and maybe don't panic. Give us the excuse. Let's brew more lagers.
