Hop Hooligans
Into the Pale presents a vibrant, hop-forward profile led by the exotic, tropical punch of HBC1019 and Galaxy, complemented by the distinctive pink grapefruit and resinous pine notes of Talus and citrusy Amarillo. Despite the lower ABV for its classification, the London Ale III yeast and a grain bill featuring Heidelberg malt, wheat, and oats create a soft, velvety texture that supports an intense hop bouquet. Aromas of stone fruit and melon lead into a palate of bright citrus and passionfruit, finishing with a firm bitterness typical of a Double IPA while maintaining a remarkably clean and dry profile.
Appearance. Luminous pale gold (6 SRM) with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a soft, modern haze consistent with the high protein content from wheat and oats.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing a complex blend of tropical passionfruit, ripe melon, and zesty orange citrus. Subtle floral and resinous pine notes emerge in the background, supported by a very low, clean, bready malt presence.
Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and citrus flavors followed by a firm, clean bitterness. The mid-palate reveals soft, grainy malt character from the Heidelberg and wheat base. Finishes dry with a lingering, crisp bitterness and echoes of pine and grapefruit without any harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeably smooth, creamy texture derived from oat flakes and oat malt. Moderate carbonation provides a crisp lift, while the alcohol remains smooth and well-integrated.

A késői és/vagy hidegkomlózási technikákra támaszkodik, hogy kirobbanóan lédús, trópusi gyümölcsös íz- és illatélményt nyújtson. Színe általában baracklére emlékeztet. A technika és az alapanyagválasztás ügyes egyensúlya, amely gyakran búzát vagy zabot is tartalmaz, csábító ködösséget kölcsönözve az amerikai IPA e népszerű változatának.

Fleshy, juicy maracuja and papaya shine just before a sharp barrage of spicy tangerine zest, crunchy herbs, kiwi seeds and bitter potpourri. 🍊🌹🌿 It's one of our most complex DIPAs to date, bright as a beacon.
