This imposing Imperial Stout presents a profound synthesis of dark alchemy and rich texture. At a formidable 11%, the presence of carob powder and carob syrup infuses the profile with a deep, chocolate-like earthiness and molasses sweetness, while toasted sesame adds an intriguing nutty complexity. Heavy use of oat flakes and maltodextrin creates a luxurious, velvet-clad body that carries notes of roasted espresso and dark dried fruits. The finish is long and opulent, marked by a gentle alcohol warmth and a lingering, bittersweet interplay between charred malts and exotic spice, embodying a sophisticated yet menacing sensory character.
