This Hazy IPA presents an intense, juice-like profile driven by a sophisticated blend of HBC 586, Eclipse, Kohia Nelson HopKief, and Strata hops. The London Ale III yeast enhances the aromatic bouquet with stone fruit esters, complementing vibrant notes of passionfruit, mandarin, and white grape. A grist including oat flakes and wheat malt creates a signature soft, pillowy texture that carries the massive hop saturation. Expect a low perceived bitterness that allows the tropical fruit character to shine, finishing with a smooth, lingering citrus brightness. It is a refined, hop-forward experience that emphasizes depth of aroma and complexity over sharp bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque, glowing haze with a dense, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical notes of passionfruit and mango from Strata and HBC 586, combined with mandarin citrus from Eclipse and the distinct white grape character of Kohia Nelson HopKief. Light bready malt and stone fruit esters are present in the background.

Taste. Initial impression of tropical juice. High hop flavor featuring lychee, strawberry, and gooseberry. Low to medium-high bitterness that feels restrained due to the soft malt base. Grainy, bready malt supports the hops without adding sweetness. Finish is clean and off-dry with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture derived from the oat flakes and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. Very smooth with no hop burn or astringency and minimal alcohol warmth.
