Hop Hooligans

Cosmic Jelly is a vivid Hazy IPA that showcases a saturated hop profile of Peacharine, Nectaron, and Strata. It opens with an explosive bouquet of ripe nectarine, passion fruit, and a hint of wild strawberry, supported by the soft, stone-fruit esters of London Ale III yeast. On the palate, the hop-forward character remains intensely juicy, delivering layers of white peach and tropical citrus against a backdrop of bready wheat and silken flaked oats. A gentle, restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, approachable finish, emphasizing the lush, fruit-heavy depth and creamy texture central to this modern style.

Appearance. Straw to light orange with a luminous, opaque haze. Forms a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent nectarine, peach, and passion fruit. Subtle notes of strawberry and citrus zest are present, backed by a light, bready malt character and fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of white peach, mango, and tropical citrus. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never sharp. Malt provides a supportive, grainy base, leading to an off-dry, clean finish with a lingering juicy aftertaste.
