The base of malted oats and Golden naked oats creates a dense, silky foundation further enriched by the additions of lactose and an elevated 8% ABV. Vibrant tropical guava and sharp raspberry dominate the palate, supported by the soft, stone-fruit sweetness of peach. A deliberate sea salt addition provides a savory counterpoint to the jammy fruit, while a clean lactic acidity ensures a refreshing, mouthwatering finish despite the beer’s substantial body and creamy texture.
