Bloom is a delicate yet vibrant Hazy IPA that marries the tropical intensity of Idaho7 and Mosaic hops with elegant botanical infusions. The aroma is a perfumed bouquet of jasmine and stone fruit, underscored by the earthy, grassy notes of green tea. Brewed with a soft foundation of Extra Pale malt, flaked oats, and wheat, it presents a plush, velvety texture. London Ale III yeast provides a supportive ester profile that enhances the peach and blueberry highlights. This ale balances its lush, juicy hop character against a gentle, floral bitterness, resulting in a sophisticated, refreshing, and deeply aromatic experience.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a brilliant shine. Displays a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, apricot, and citrus from Idaho7, alongside Mosaic's signature blueberry and pine. Pronounced floral jasmine and subtle earthy green tea notes are present, supported by light, bready malt and fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of ripe peach, tropical fruit, and mixed berries. The botanical additions offer a unique floral layer and a hint of herbal complexity. Malt flavor is low and neutral. Bitterness is low-moderate and exceptionally smooth, leading to an off-dry finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture derived from flaked oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. No harshness or significant alcohol warmth.
