Hop Hooligans Army of Four

With such a huge, cool crew coming over, we just had to brew something that’s way ahead of the curve. 🤔  ARMY OF FOUR - with Baxbier, Folkingebrew and Maktoob, but also yours truly, coming in guns a-blazing - is a heavily hopped hazy Double IPA with a touch of Dutch inspiration (not tulips). 🌿 We dry-hopped it with some sureshot, tropical and dank hops - Citra Cryo, Cryo Pop, hand selected Strata and El Dorado - and then added an extra, explosive secret ingredient - Abstrax Brewgas Blue Dream. 🧨  The usual tropical fruit basket is now laced with rich drops of oily kush, peppery, but not earthy, with big notes of freshly zested orange peel and a unique blueberry candy vibe. 🍊🫐  And nothing’s from under the counter. 🤷♂️

A New England IPA a komló aromáját és ízét hangsúlyozza a keserűség háttérbe szorításával.
A késői és/vagy hidegkomlózási technikákra támaszkodik, hogy kirobbanóan lédús, trópusi gyümölcsös íz- és illatélményt nyújtson. Színe általában baracklére emlékeztet. A technika és az alapanyagválasztás ügyes egyensúlya, amely gyakran búzát vagy zabot is tartalmaz, csábító ködösséget kölcsönözve az amerikai IPA e népszerű változatának.
