Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Nelson Sauvin characteristics, specifically gooseberry, white grape, and crushed currants. Subtle floral esters suggest rose water and confectionary sweetness, supported by a low, clean, grainy malt presence and a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and zesty. High hop flavor of gooseberry and citrus peel. Low, clean, cracker-like malt flavor provides a brief platform for a medium-high bitterness that is firm but not harsh. The fermentation is very clean, leading to a dry, quenching finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the refreshing quality of the beer. Very low, smooth alcohol warmth is present without any astringency.
