Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

We?ve fermented slightly cooler than our normal ales, producing a super crisp, clean and crushable brew, like a lager, but with the hop-forward flavors of an IPA ? the best of both beer styles. We were super excited to create this beer using experimental hop NZH-101. With such great flavor and aroma, it?s resulted in a delicious brew that we?re extremely proud of.
