You’ve got your tried and trues with Citra & Simcoe. We’re just starting to explore and brew beers with our new selections coming out of harvest in the fall. You’ve got your experimental hop in Talus which when we first brewed this was called HBC 692 and was about to get a name. And then of course you have Galaxy.

Loads of grapefruit and spruce sap, totally ripe papaya, and woody terped sauna rocks. It pours a pale golden straw with a slightly off white head and rips at 6.5% abv.
