BIG SHERB is an intense sensory experience defined by a double fruited addition of jammy raspberry and zesty key lime. Brewed with milk sugar to achieve a decadent, sherbet-like character, the profile is dominated by vibrant fruit aromatics and a luscious, creamy texture. The 8% ABV provides a sturdy, warming backbone that supports the saturated berry and citrus notes. As a Wild Specialty Beer, it balances high-impact fruit acidity with the smooth, residual sweetness of lactose, resulting in a complex interplay between tartness and creaminess that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

Appearance. Deep magenta to ruby red with a thick, pinkish-tinted head; opaque clarity with high haze from fruit solids and milk sugar.
