Urn Of The Immortal was brewed using a blend of Pilsner and 2-Row, along with generous amounts of Spelt from our friends at LINC Malting. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Talus, we used a technique called “Hop Dipping” where we added a ton of Mosaic Incognito to the fermentor along with some hot wort, we then knocked the rest of the beer out onto this mixture. Then dry-hopped with Mosaic Cryo, SImcoe, and Cascade. Fermented with one of our favorite English yeast strains.
