The barrel aging introduces distinctive layers of creamy vanilla and toasted coconut, softening the roasted edges. On the palate, a decadent, velvety texture carries flavors of bittersweet cocoa and vinous berry notes from the oak. Brewed in the Baltic tradition, it balances a robust malt backbone with smooth alcohol warmth, finishing with a lingering, sophisticated dark-fruit sweetness.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40 SRM). Features a thick, dense, deep tan head with moderate retention and oily legs that cling to the glass, indicating high viscosity and alcohol.

Aroma. High intensity. Rich, complex layers of bittersweet chocolate and roasted coffee meld with strong esters of plum, prune, and raisin. The barrel influence adds prominent vanilla and coconut notes alongside a subtle, vinous red wine character. Alcohol is noticeable but smooth.
