Appearance. Pale pink to soft rose-hued with a persistent, fine-beaded light pink head. Significant haze is present, consistent with its unfiltered wheat beer base, showing a delicate effervescence and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of fresh raspberries. Behind the fruit, subtle notes of spicy coriander and citrusy orange peel are detectable. A soft, bready wheat malt character provides a grain-like background, with very low floral hop aroma and clean fermentation.
