This playful American Lager reimagines a classic refreshing profile by infusing a bright, tropical guava character into a crisp, clean base. In the foreground, the guava provides a vivid, fruity punch that transitions seamlessly into the delicate, grainy sweetness of the malt. Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow (SRM 2-3). Brilliant clarity. Pours with a white, frothy head that has moderate retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of fresh guava, providing a tropical sweetness. Underlying low malt notes of white bread and toasted cereal. Clean fermentation profile with virtually no esters other than the added fruit, and very low spicy hop presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a splash of tropical guava, followed quickly by a neutral to slightly grainy malt palate. Low hop bitterness provides just enough balance to prevent cloying. The finish is crisp, dry, and clean, with a lingering hint of cereal and guava skin. No harshness or off-flavors.

Mouthfeel. Low to medium-low body with a very high carbonation level that produces a refreshing carbonic bite. Smooth texture with no astringency. No perceptible alcohol warmth at 4.5% ABV.
