A vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a sun-drenched vineyard, led by a distinctive burst of green grape and lush tropical fruit. The inclusion of HOPZOIL amplifies the aromatic intensity, delivering a potent bouquet of citrus and stone fruit that rises above a soft, bready malt base. On the palate, the interplay between hop-derived sweetness and a controlled bitterness creates a harmonious balance, supported by a medium, velvety body. Appearance. SRM 4-6. Golden-straw color with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by green grape, passion fruit, and citrus zest, boosted by concentrated hop oils. Low grainy-bready malt character in the background with clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward, featuring prominent green grape, lychee, and tropical fruit flavors. Malt flavor is low and neutral. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, balancing the soft hop sweetness. The finish is medium and clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
