A celebratory Spiced Beer that captures the essence of the new year with a rich, round profile built on a foundation of sweet wheat. The sensory experience is defined by a sophisticated tapestry of botanicals: bright orange peel and citrusy coriander are deepened by the festive warmth of cinnamon and earthy nutmeg. Smooth vanilla beans integrate these spices into a cohesive whole, while an elegant bitterness provides structure to the malt-forward body. It drinks with the complexity of a strong festive ale, balancing spicy intensity with a plush, wheat-driven texture and a warming, lingering finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to amber (8–14 SRM) with a slight, natural haze from the wheat content. It features a dense, creamy, long-lasting off-white head that leaves persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity and complex. A fragrant bouquet of spicy cinnamon and nutmeg leads, followed by the floral citrus of coriander and sweet orange peel. Secondary notes of rich vanilla and sweet, bready wheat provide a dessert-like base, supported by subtle esters of pear or apple.

Taste. The initial impression is of round, sweet wheat malt and vanilla creaminess. The mid-palate reveals a bold spice character where cinnamon and nutmeg provide warmth, supported by the herbal zing of coriander.
