Here Today Brewery & Kitchen Road To Acceptance

This elevated American Lager showcases a refined malt foundation of Admiral Maltings Feldblume, Pilsner, and CaraHell, yielding a delicate tapestry of hay, honey, and subtle vanilla. Whole cone Saaz hops introduced in the mash and boil contribute an elegant earthy spice and soft floral aromatics, while Tettnanger adds a whisper of citrus. Fermented with a traditional German lager yeast and matured for five weeks, the profile is clean and remarkably crisp. Despite its slightly higher strength, it remains exceptionally refreshing, balancing a sophisticated craft malt sweetness with a classic, noble hop finish that honors tradition while providing a more complex, modern interpretation of the style.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3–4 SRM). Unfiltered with a slight, attractive haze. Features a white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Grainy-sweet malt notes of hay and honey are prominent, complemented by a sophisticated hop bouquet of earthy spice, dried flowers, and a faint hint of citrus zest.
Taste. Crisp and well-attenuated with an initial malt impression of honey and light vanilla. Hop flavors are moderate, featuring the herbal and spicy character of Saaz alongside soft Tettnanger citrus. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough balance for a clean, dry, and refreshing finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that provides a lively, crisp carbonic bite. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated; no astringency.
