Ripe & Ready IPA is an intensely aromatic Double IPA that signals the arrival of warmer weather with a saturated hop profile. Appearance. Gold to light orange (7-10 SRM) with a significant, uniform haze. Topped with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves thick lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of melon (cantaloupe, watermelon), tropical fruit (pineapple), and citrus (lemon-lime). A very low, neutral grainy malt character sits in the background, alongside a clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High hop flavor intensity following the aroma, with vivid pineapple, watermelon, and lime zest. Bitterness is moderately high and firm but remains smooth.
