This American IPA, interpreted through the lens of a Cold IPA, delivers a strikingly lean and vibrant sensory profile. Nelson hops dominate the aromatic opening with sophisticated notes of white wine grape and a characteristic touch of diesel, while Nectaron hops provide a lush counterpoint of ripe stone fruit and bright citrus. The malt presence is intentionally restrained, offering a clean, crackery foundation that allows the complex hop oils to take center stage. The result is an exceptionally refreshing experience that finishes bone-dry with a sharp, cleansing bitterness, perfectly capturing the modern intersection of high hop intensity and ultimate drinkability.

Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a medium-gold color (7 SRM). Crowning the beer is a medium-sized, bright white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring prominent white grape, gooseberry, and a hint of resinous diesel from the Nelson hops. These notes are layered with peach, apricot, and zestful citrus from the Nectaron. The malt is low and neutral, presenting as light crackers, with a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward, bursting with flavors of nectarine, passion fruit, and sauvignon blanc grapes. Bitterness is firm and clean (approx. 55 IBU), never harsh. A low, grainy malt sweetness provides brief support before transitioning into a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering citrus and stone fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, snappy mouthfeel. High carbonation levels enhance the refreshing, lively texture. Very smooth with no astringency and a well-hidden alcohol presence.
