This Hazy IPA is a triple-threat exploration of Citra, utilizing Cryo Citra, Citra Spectrum, and Citra T90 to deliver an intense sensory experience. The pour reveals a vibrant, opaque glow typical of the style. The aromatics are dominated by a massive hop presence, blending the signature citrus and tropical passionfruit of Citra with the nuanced berries and resinous pine of Simcoe. On the palate, expect a soft, velvety texture that carries deep layers of lychee and floral citrus. Despite its 7.2% strength, the beer maintains a smooth, approachable character with a restrained bitterness and a lush, fruity finish.

Appearance. Color ranges from straw to a deep, glowing orange (4–7 SRM) with a substantial, opaque haze that provides a characteristic 'shine.' It is topped by a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with pungent tropical notes of passionfruit and lychee alongside bright citrus zest. A secondary layer of forest berries and subtle pine resin provides depth. The malt remains in the background as a clean, bready base, while fermentation esters are neutral to slightly fruity, supporting the massive hop profile.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical and stone fruits. Dominant flavors of tangerine and lychee lead the profile, while a hint of earthy pine and ripe berries adds complexity. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple doughy backbone. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft, balancing the off-dry finish without becoming harsh or lingering.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth and soft texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the plush, juicy mouthfeel. There is a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth and an absence of any hop-derived astringency or harshness.
