Pixel Pale Ale is a modern, vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights a sophisticated hop profile through double dry-hopping. The sensory experience is defined by the layered interplay of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Strata, resulting in intense aromas of passion fruit, zesty grapefruit, and a distinct resinous pine undertone. A clean, bready malt foundation provides a supportive but unobtrusive structure, allowing the hop-derived berry and tropical notes to take center stage.
