Murk Master 3000 is a quintessential Hazy IPA, delivering a saturated sensory experience centered on vibrant, lush tropicality. The heavy utilization of Galaxy hops provides distinct notes of passion fruit and peach, while Citra lends a bright layer of zesty grapefruit and lime. This is further amplified by the Cryo Pop blend, which contributes a concentrated punch of stone fruit and tropical candy. The low bitterness allows a soft, bready malt backbone to support the massive hop profile, resulting in a smooth, approachable palate. Its opaque appearance and silky texture emphasize a fruit-forward, low-friction drinking experience that remains refreshing and juicy throughout.
Appearance. Color is a saturated orange-gold (5 SRM) with an opaque, hazy clarity that provides a luminous shine. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick, persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a tropical explosion of passion fruit, mango, and peach. Bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime zest are prominent, supported by a neutral, grainy, and lightly bready malt background. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop character.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with pineapple and tropical punch qualities. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness is present but remains soft and masked by a fuller body. Malt flavor is low and grainy, leading to an off-dry, smooth finish with a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste that is free of harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, plush, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, and there is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth at 6.4% ABV. The beer is free of astringency or any raw starch sensation.
