This Hazy IPA presents an immersive "juice bomb" experience, defined by a complex tapestry of southern hemisphere and American hops. The aromatic profile is led by the vibrant lime zest of Motueka and the pungent tropical layers of Citra and Mosaic. Subtle, sophisticated notes of pink grapefruit and sage from the Talus hops add a unique floral depth. On the palate, the experience is incredibly soft and lush, mirroring the "Bear-love" intent with a rounded, pillowy texture. Expect a vibrant explosion of stone fruit and citrus flavors that glide into a gentle, low-bitterness finish, making this 6% ABV offering both intensely flavorful and exceptionally smooth.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (approx. 5 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous "shine." Features a tall, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet. Dominant notes of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit are complemented by bright lime zest and a unique floral-herbal quality reminiscent of dried roses and sage. Grainy-sweet, bready malt is present but tucked in the background; clean fermentation with mild fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring ripe peach, tropical mango, and citrus citrus oils. Low to medium-low bitterness that provides just enough structure without being sharp. Malt flavor is low and bready, serving as a neutral canvas. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Entirely smooth with no hop-derived astringency or harshness; very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
