Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM); medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing; generally clear with a very slight haze from dry-hopping.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus notes of lemon, lime, and orange pith alongside tropical papaya. Very low, clean, grainy malt sweetness in the background with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and crisp. Vibrant flavors of lemon and lime dominate, followed by tropical papaya and orange peel. Low grainy-sweet malt character supports a medium-high bitterness. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.
