Hawkers Beer

This striking West Coast-style American IPA serves as a dedicated vessel for the Krush™ hop, delivering an intense sensory experience. The profile is dominated by a vibrant bouquet of tropical mango and stone fruit peach, layered with bright citrus zest and a distinct berry-like sweetness. A clean, supportive malt base allows the complex hop oils to take center stage, leading into a firm, crisp bitterness characteristic of the style. The finish is decisively dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of resinous fruit notes and a clean, warming glow that highlights its robust strength.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical mango, ripe peach, and mixed berries, complemented by a sharp citrus zest. Low, clean, bready malt notes provide a subtle backdrop. Fermentation is clean with no perceptible esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of mango, peach, and berry lead the palate, followed by a mid-palate transition to grapefruit and orange citrus. The bitterness is firm and high but remains clean and well-structured. A low-intensity, grainy malt profile supports the hops through to a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly resinous texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively and refreshing mouth-cleansing effect. A light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
