A mediados del 2012 comencé a indagar las cervezas artesanales de Chile y del mundo, fue así como este pasatiempo se convierte en una pasión y me atreví a crear mi propia cerveza. Ya a finales de ese mismo año nace la necesidad de autonomía, convirtiendo la cerveza en la compañera y aliada para esta embarcación, decidí emprender, inspirada por los más antiguos estilos provenientes del viejo continente y creando además mis propias recetas. Al poco tiempo de andar invito a unirse a esta aventura a mi compañera Sujei, juntas formamos esta Casa Cervecera un lugar donde solo mujeres elaboren cerveza así como nuestras antiguas Maestras Cerveceras que por muchos años la elaboraron…..
Nos gusta la cerveza, bebida milenaria, sabrosa y natural, la consideramos una compañera en todos esos momentos alegres e importantes de la vida por lo que nos esmeramos que esos momentos queden marcados con sabor a Hathor, llevándote a esos recuerdos al degustar nuevamente esta cerveza gourmet.
