This Baltic Porter captures the historic soul of Riga with a profile that leans into approachability and smooth complexity. Rich, inviting notes of dark chocolate and toasted cookie flavors anchor the palate, supported by a soft, malt-driven sweetness that never feels heavy. Despite its slightly lower ABV for the style, it retains the characteristic depth of a cold-fermented dark lager. It is a refined, easy-drinking interpretation that prioritizes balance and a velvety texture over aggressive roast.

Appearance. Deep mahogany to dark brown with a thick, creamy tan head that shows excellent persistence and lacing. The beer is clear when held to the light, though its depth of color makes it appear nearly opaque in the glass.
