Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring zesty orange peel, floral blossoms, and a spicy-peppery hop character. Behind the hops lies a supportive medium-low malt profile of fresh bread and light biscuit. A clean fermentation profile with very low, subtle fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with zesty citrus and earthy spice. Malt flavors are medium-low, contributing notes of toasted bread and biscuit without significant sweetness. Bitterness is moderate to firm but well-integrated. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and a faint minerally edge.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, well-attenuated texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the zesty character and contributing to a refreshing, dry sensation. No perceived alcohol warmth.
