Harrogate Brewing Co

This celebratory Hazy IPA pours with a vibrant, luminous glow, showcasing a complex hop profile driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Azacca. The sensory journey begins with an explosion of passion fruit, ripe mango, and zesty citrus, supported by the soft, grainy sweetness of locally sourced malts. On the palate, the hop intensity is profound yet smooth, delivering layers of tropical stone fruit and berry without harshness. Its pillowy, soft mouthfeel and restrained bitterness create a juicy, approachable character that lingers with a clean, fruity finish, embodying the modern New England style.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (approx 4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of passion fruit, mango, and blueberry. A clean, bready malt character sits in the background, complemented by subtle fruity fermentation esters. Free from any grassy, herbal, or buttery notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and stone fruit. Malt presence is low to medium, providing a neutral, grainy base. Bitterness is low to moderate and well-integrated, leading to an off-dry finish that is smooth and free of hop bite or harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or raw starchiness.
