Appearance. Medium amber to copper (approx. 12-14 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a low to moderate, creamy off-white head that shows good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate malt intensity featuring prominent bready and biscuity notes alongside a low caramel sweetness from the dark crystal malts. A subtle, spicy grain note from the rye is present.
