The dry-hopping process elevates the aromatic profile, delivering a bouquet of floral orange and subtle spicy undertones. While maintaining the drinkability of a classic British ale, it offers a firm, crisp bitterness that cuts through the malt sweetness. It finishes clean and medium-dry, leaving a lingering impression of resinous hops and toasted grain on the palate.
Appearance. Deep golden to copper (8–12 SRM) with high clarity, though a faint, soft haze may be present from dry-hopping. Features a moderate, persistent off-white head with fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring citrus orange and floral blossoms from Cascade and Amarillo, complemented by a resinous, piney edge from Chinook. The malt profile is bready and lightly biscuity with low fruity esters.
Taste. Hop-forward initial impression with flavors of grapefruit and orange peel alongside spicy pine. A firm, assertive bitterness is balanced by a medium-low malt presence of bread crust and light caramel. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering, smooth bitterness.
