Punky Monkey is a vibrant Session Hazy IPA that delivers a concentrated hop punch within a remarkably approachable frame. This collaboration features Citra, Talus, and Simcoe hops, creating a layered sensory profile. Intense aromas of mango and lime from the Citra merge with nuanced notes of dried rose petals and grapefruit driven by Talus, while Simcoe adds a resinous pine backbone. The palate is defined by its "juicy" character, where bright citrus flavors are supported by a lean, grainy malt base. A smooth mouthfeel leads into a refreshing, dry finish with a persistent, clean bitterness, resulting in high drinkability.
